What first drew you into music production?

Well, I’ve started listening to electronic music since I Was 8 years Old, but I decided to become a DJ/Producer when I saw Martin Garrix performing at Ultra Music Festival 2016, so I decided to download FL Studio and I started watching a lot of tutorials on youtube.

You are without a doubt the best 14 year old producer we have even encountered! And your latest merk & kremont remix is a testament to that. How do you know if a song is a good candidate for a remix? Also, what is your creative process like when making a remix?

Thank you so much! That’s a good question, I usually ask a lot of feedbacks to my producers  friends about my Mix & Master, and after that if the remix sounds good I release it. Usually if the original track has got an acapella I start from the breakdown and if it hasn’t, I start with the drop idea.

You are only 14 and your sound is already quite professional! When and why did you start producing in the first place?

So, I started producing about 1 and a half year ago (Since ADE 2017) and I started to produce because I really liked electronic music.

Your signature sound reminds us of the sound of some of the greatest producers in the world (Blasterjaxx, Merk & Kremont etc). How did you manage to achieve such a professional sound in such a short time? Can you tell us more about your musical background?

I’ve been playing drums since I was 4 and that helped me a lot to define my style “HXhouse”, which is a new concept of Future House Music, all about soundesign and groove, as you can hear on my latest remix. Also another thing that helped me a lot to develop my sound in terms of quality is watching a lot of tutorials on youtube, when I started producing I used to watch 2 hours a day of youtube videos about soundesign, mixing techniques …

You have only started putting up music on Soundcloud a year ago and you are already getting tens of thousands of views! How does it feel to receive such a warm welcome from the community?

It’s unbelievable for me! It’s the best feeling ever to see thousands of people that enjoy listening to your music everyday and this is what keeps me motivated and happy.

What are your goals for 2019? Any upcoming projects we can get excited about?

I’ve got a lot of new music coming up in the next months so stay tuned, and my main goals for 2019 are : develop my style (HXhouse) and I want to make people happy when they listen to my music.
