What first drew you into music?

I was first drawn into music as a little kid. My first album I ever received as a gift was a Duke Ellington CD when I was about 6 years old. In middle school I was super influenced by artists like Aphex Twin, Radiohead, and a lot of psychedelic rock. Finding out about Ableton through a buddy is what really opened the floodgates.

You are one of the best up and coming musicians we have encountered on the internet! And your track “Hologram” is probably your best track yet! Could you tell us more about the story behind this track?

Hologram is the story of visualizing the love of my life, the light on the horizon, and the sleepless nights spent materializing her and dreaming her into existence.

Going over your Soundcloud we can tell you love experimenting with new sounds. Can you tell us more about your studio setup and some of your favorite plugins/instruments?

My studio is very small but packs a punch. Lots of old keyboards and knick knacks to play with, everything running through a UAD Apollo twin. My favorite plugins are by far Omnisphere, and UAD’s Moog multitude filter and RE-201 emulation.

Your signature sound is already very professional and amazing to listen to! How did you manage to achieve such a professional sound in such a short time? Can you tell us more about your musical background?

I have been through a lot since the last decade, and music came in waves. Recently, I have been super inspired. Sometimes I would have phases where I was only inspired by small bursts, and I felt that those separate instances didn’t vibe together as a record.

All of your tracks are very melodic. Do you play any real-life instruments?

I play some keys and guitar. Growing up I played clarinet.

What are your goals for the coming months? Any upcoming projects we can get excited about?

Actually I am dropping a big LP in a couple of months! Keep an eye out, its going to be really fun record.
