What first drew you into music?

For me, music is all about feelings. So, when you’re listening to any style of music, is a 100% sure that you are going to feel something, doesn’t matter if it’s happiness, sadness or even goosebumps. That’s the beauty about music and the reason I love to produce.

You are one of the best up and coming musicians we have encountered on the internet! And your track “Beautiful People” is probably your best track yet! Could you tell us more about the story behind this track

 Thank you!

When I started this track, it wasn’t supposed to be a Bootleg (Remix) for this Ed Sheeran song. I was making a remix for another song that I don’t even remember which was, and I had the feeling that the vocals weren’t giving the vibe I was looking for. So, I went to the Internet and started to look for some a Capella that could fit to my idea, and I found this DYI “Beautiful People” a Capella. I had to pitch the vocals to put in the key of my instrumental, but when I played everything together, was the perfect combination.

Going over your Soundcloud we can tell you love experimenting with new sounds. Can you tell us more about your studio setup and some of your favorite plugins/instruments?

My studio setup is very clean. I work on a 2017 Imac with Ableton Live 10 as my DAW , I have a pair of KRK Rokit 6 monitors, my headphones are the Audio-Technica ATH – M50X, the audio interface is a Focus rite Scarllet Solo that I use only when I want to record something, and for me one of the most important items for a music producer, a 2TB External HD to keep all my sample packs. I can’t forget my acoustic guitar that is a Baby Taylor BT2.

My favorite instrument plugins are Serum and Nexus. For mixing, I can’t live without the Focus One by Sick Individuals, Fabfilter ProQ 3, OTT , Valhalla Room Reverb and my favorite saturator Soundtoys Decapitator. For mastering my favorites are the Oxford Inflator, the Shadow Hills Mastering Compressor and the Fabfilter ProL 2 which is the best limiter in my opinion.

Your signature sound is already very professional and amazing to listen to! How did you manage to achieve such a professional sound in such a short me? Can you tell us more about your musical background?

Actually, I don’t know if I already have my signature sound , I think I need to work a little more on this, because every track is different and I want to bring something from other genres as well and add to my productions. Everything I know about music production I’ve learned studying and practicing a lot, I truly believe that’s the key for success.

All of your tracks are very melodic. Do you play any real-life instruments?

Yes, the first instrument I’ve learned to play was bass, which was my main instrument for some years cause I played in a band. Now , besides the bass, I play guitar and I’m pretty basic on keyboards. About my tracks being melodic, is something that I’m always trying to reach with every production. I want to keep my style between pop and EDM , so I believe that producing more melodic tracks is the key for this.

What are your goals for the coming months? Any upcoming projects we can get excited about?

I want to keep working on new tracks, maybe more remixes, but my main focus is to release an original track in a nice label. Let’s see what the future holds for me.
