What first drew you into music?

Probably my family just always playing a range of eclectic sounds when I was growing up. My dad and grandfather were big time Car DJ’s and we always had cd’s and playlists we would listen to. They loved it so much , so in-turn it fell back on me.

Your track “For the Better” is absolutely amazing! How did you achieve such a great signature sound in such a short time? Also, what is your creative process like?

Thank you, I really appreciate that. If you mean the project overall itself and me finding a great signature sound in just the 3 songs. I guess I could say we had a bunch of records and went through them and felt like these 3 tracks were carrying a different sound cohesively and carried a good message so we grouped them together in a project.

My creative process varies , but I’m a big writer, always have been, even back in grade school. I love to just listen to production and get lost with it, I’ll write 3 songs at once sometimes. Just depends on how the production is speaking to me. If I feel like I’m starting to lose the moment I’ll go on to another one and come back. I have to feel something and it can’t ever be forced. I work with some amazing producers to be honest.

Going over your Soundcloud we can tell you love experimenting with new sounds. Can you tell us more about your studio setup and some of your favorite plugins/instruments?

Yes…new sounds, new sounds, and new sounds. I’m big on this, I’ll dibble and dabble with traditional methods and things here and there, but I find a lot of what’s out here these days to be very cut and dry and mundane. Everybody is using the same stuff and copying each other and it’s hard to find inspiration in that for me. I don’t really like to be like everyone else, but art inspires art and what’s not for me might be for someone else, but that’s just how I feel about it.

I love all kinds of instruments, different sounding drums and kicks, I love when producers get creative and outside the box really, those are always the beats I can instantly write full songs too.

Your music sounds very organic and authentic. Do you play any real-life instruments?

I do not, but I really want to learn and I will in the time to come.

What are your musical goals for the future?

Right now, I’m just trying to gain as many fans as possible so me and my team can run it up to the moon and spread great music that makes people really feel something. I want to be the guy people have on repeat to get them through the day. The riches and power will come and when it does great things will be done with it. Right now, I’m focused on putting out as much content as I can properly the right way being consistent with it and just gaining these fans man because they are truly everything. Obviously in the future I see headlining tours, crazy merch ideas, traveling all over the world. These will all come and it starts with the work I’m putting in now.

What are your goals for the coming months? Any upcoming projects we can get excited about?

I for sure have some tricks up my sleeve and I would totally expect more music. Whether it’ll be a full project I can’t quite say yet, but whatever it is it will be dope and I’ll be putting my all into it.
