What first drew you into music?

Listening to Lil Wayne’s song “A milli” on the radio is what drew me into music. His choice of wordplay and rhyme scheme got me hooked into music right away.

You are one of the best up and coming musicians we have encountered on the internet! And your track “Yeah I Do” is probably your best track yet! Could you tell us more about the story behind this track?

Thank you. A lot of people don’t know this but I recorded that song a year ago but the second verse was never finished because I didn’t know if I wanted to put a feature on it or not but I did that hook in one take in my boy Christian studio. After the hook was done he did his thing & a year later it was spring so I decided to lay the second verse and drop it just in time for summer

Going over your Soundcloud we can tell you love experimenting with new sounds. Can you tell us more about your studio setup and some of your favorite plugins/instruments?

Yeah as an artist I believe you have to be versatile and not limit yourself to one genre or one type of music so I always try and experiment with new sounds and not be afraid to try new things. Guitar and piano are my new favorite instrument plugins right now and I don’t have a studio set up yet but I’ve started buying my own studio equipment so soon it’ll come together.

Your signature sound is already very professional and amazing to listen to! How did you manage to achieve such a professional sound in such a short time? Can you tell us more about your musical background?

Just hard work really, nothing beats hard work and finding a sound that is completely unique to you. My engineer Christian has played a big role in that because I don’t think I would’ve found my sound or gotten far without him. We are something like Drake and 40

All of your tracks are very melodic. Do you play any real-life instruments?

Yeah whether it’s beats or lyrics my music always has to be melodic no matter what and no, unfortunately, I don’t but I do want to learn the piano someday.

What are your goals for the coming months? Any upcoming projects we can get excited about?

Yes, I have a tape coming out soon called “Kevo U Krazy” which I will be releasing sometime this year but I’ll be dropping singles from the tape every month until my tape drops so be on the lookout.
