What first drew you into music production and deep house in particular?

Since I was young I was fascinated by electronic music, as I got older my passion for electronic music grew more and more. I started experimenting with producing music myself. In the meantime, I fell in love with deephouse music. By going to deephouse parties and festivals, my passion for self-producing deephouse became even greater. Now after years of training and dedication, my official releases are a fact.

Coming from Holland do you have any favorite clubbing spots?

My favorite clubbing spots are in Amsterdam. Amsterdam is known for many famous parties. Deephouse is also very popular there.

You have only released 5 tracks and already gathered over 1000 Soundcloud followers and 60k+ views! How does it feel to get such a warm reception from the community?

It feels great, all positive reactions. It really motivates me to continue and produce more music. I am getting more followers every day and I am very proud of that. Many of my tracks and remixes I give away for free. For me, it’s not about money, it’s all about the love for music.

Your latest remix of “Kiss me” is your best track in our opinion! Could you tell us more about the story behind this track? Also, what is your creative processes like?

Thank you! That means a lot to me. I wanted to give a different spin to the song, the original was a future bass record. I wanted to make the song more mysterious and deeper. I always start with the beat after that I started with the chords and made a melody with a kalimba synth, then I added a deep bass and a dreamy path. After that, I edited the vocals and added some fx. Also for the 2nd drop, I added a new synth.

Your tracks are very well produced and sound very professional, care to share more about your journey as a producer and when you started?

I have been producing music for many years, but my official releases started in 2018. I have discovered a lot myself by experimenting and thanks to tips from fellow producers. At an older age I started to follow producer lessons, here I have learned to perfect my music. Also through the lessons, I’ve learned how to mix and master, therefore the quality of my songs are top notch.

What are your goals for 2019? Any upcoming projects we can get excited about?

My goals for 2019 are getting more fans on Soundcloud, Facebook and other social media, to release more official songs and most importantly to get some DJ gigs. I have just released a track called “spark” on Deep Sounds. I am also working on a lot of other projects so keep an eye on my Soundcloud.
