I always had a passion for music. Being strongly inspired by American Rap, I began writing my first lyrics in late 2016, realizing my first song in June of 2017. What really drew me to make the first step was the desire to express my lifestyle to people in form of songs. Being passionate about rap and the desire to create a product that’s valuable to me were the two main factors that motivated me to make music.
Listening to your music we can tell you love incorporating interesting new sounds and techniques within each track! What inspires you to experiment and evolve?
I go through a lot of ups and downs in my life. Every song I release stands for a different emotion I experience. While I have songs that feature a dark sound, loud bass and hard 808’s mixed with aggressive lyrics, I also make chilled love related songs. The desire to create new sounds is a personal test for me to see if I can represent my own feelings successfully on a track, in order to create exactly what I want. Having songs that sound different makes my style more complete, making it more enjoyable for me to find new ideas.
It seems like you already found your signature sound. Do you have any tips for upcoming musicians that can’t seem to find their own sound?
The best tip I can give for upcoming artists is to practice every day and work hard. It’s not easy to create entirely original music, that’s why you need to spend a lot of time thinking about what type of concept you want to create. Lyrics are very important, since they represent the message you want to convey : They have to be original. I also recommend to not let yourself bring down by toxic people that want to see you fail. If you work hard, success will come.
Your track “Revenge” is your best track in our opinion! From its artwork to the Incredibly powerful sound we absolutely love it. Could you tell us more about the story behind this track? Also, what is your creative process like?
I wrote “Revenge” at home after finding the perfect instrumental on a producer’s channel. Its dark atmosphere made me like it a lot and motivated me to write the lyrics instantly. I went to the studio and recorded the song after four takes. I mixed and mastered the final product the next days and released it on Soundcloud. It received positive feedback and I’m glad I could make a proper concept art for it. When I want to write a new song, I usually search for a lit beat on YouTube or Traktrain. After finding the perfect beat, I imagine the different flows I can apply, simultaneously writing down the first lyrics that come to my mind. I usually spend a good amount of time on writing lyrics. This process ends with me asking myself if it’s worth recording this song in a studio or not.
What are your musical goals for the future?
My goal is to become famous. I want to live off my music and I’m ready to fully invest myself into this process. I’d love to perform at shows in front of thousands of people that support me and like my work. I want to change rap and elevate it to a new level, bringing something new to the table that will not only make people happy whenever they listen to it, but also inspire them to do great things.
What do you have planned for the coming months? Any upcoming projects we can get excited about?
I am going to release 3 singles in 2020, before dropping my first Studio Album. The first single that I’m about to release is called “100’000 CHF” and features a dark atmosphere and lyrics. I am also planning to release different music videos on YouTube, along with founding a record label and buying leases for beats I’m going to use commercially.
