I have been drawn to music. All kinds of music since I was very young. I feel a very deep connection to all thing’s music. I grew up during a golden era of dance music through the 90’s. Although I was far too young to be out attending the famous U.K Rave’s at the time. I was partying in my pyjama’s at home feeling the vibes, and quickly discovering my first love. The power of music has had an incredible impact on me since then. And is still as strong to this day.
Listening to your music we can tell you love incorporating interesting new sounds and techniques within each track! What inspires you to experiment and evolve?
Thank You! For me it’s all about balance. I take heavy inspiration from a lot of those 90’s classics I grew up loving. At the same time I embrace the new fantastic digital age capabilities that are pushing dance music to evolve and flourish like never before. I try to incorporate authentic old school sounds into my music using the most cutting edge modern instruments. Experimentation is the only way to create the new. Rather than stay in the same groove. (Shout out to pioneers such as the great Paul Oakenfold, for their continued and deep rooted influences on Dance Music throughout the decades) (Salute
It seems like you already found your signature sound 😊 Do you have any tips for upcoming musicians that can’t seem to find their own sound?
I think being original is key to success. As producing music is now pretty much available to everyone. There is A LOT of music out there on the internet. If you’ve got an original sound, you’re going to stand out more. It takes time. Keep Producing. Keep Crafting. Believing in yourself and your music is essential. Be bold. Be brave. Your track “StarSeed” is your best track in our opinion! From its artwork to the Incredibly powerful sound we absolutely love it. Could you tell us more about the story behind this track? Also, what is your creative process like?
StarSeed is the result of wanting to showcase just how GOOD and POWERFUL modern digital production can be, replicating authentic sounds from the past beautifully. It has an old school sci-fi spooky vibe that I thought the artwork would represent perfectly. The creative process is usually pretty smooth for me. My creativity is my strongest asset. Once I have a solid idea or concept in place. I have fun with it and just let the music flow. I also listen to, and have an understanding of so many different styles and genre’s of music, my inspirations and influences are sourced from many different places.
What are your musical goals for the future?
When I started making music I had different goals to what I have now. It’s a real lifelong musical journey I feel I’m involved in now. I just want to see how far I can go. I believe I tick a lot of boxes that could potentially take me to the very top. Any labels out there that would like to help me rise to the top (apply within) The most important thing for me is the love I have for music and the love of making music that will never leave me. Everyone on the planet has talent in some area…I’m just very happy and thankful that mine happens to be my first…and very likely…last love.
What do you have planned for the coming months? Any upcoming projects we can get excited about?
These coming months I’m going to continue working in the studio and releasing new music. I believe I’m getting to a good level. As long as I continue to improve and achieve recognition…I will continue my musical journey. Big shout out to everyone who has supported me and my music, now and over the years.
